Babies Room Leader

Hi, I’m Charanjeet, originally from Punjab, India—a place known for its sunshine and warmth. I moved to England three years ago to pursue a career in education, driven by my passion for teaching and working with children.

I hold a Bachelor's degree in Computer Applications and a Master's in English, both from Punjabi University, Patiala. In India, I worked as an Assistant Professor in degree colleges for four years. After moving to the UK, I completed a Master’s in Management from BPP University, Shepherd’s Bush, London, and a childcare course through distance learning.

Having spent the last three years building my foundation as a Nursery Assistant, I have been promoted to Nursery Room Leader. In this role, I lead my team in creating a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment tailored to our youngest learners during their critical early developmental milestones. I strongly believe in the potential of every child and the power of positive reinforcement. Learning flourishes in an environment where children feel encouraged and supported—with plenty of smiles along the way! I am a highly energetic, kinaesthetic individual who loves to run, sing, and engage with children at their level.

My secret ingredient? A sprinkle of fairy dust and boundless enthusiasm!
