Senior Practitioner, Leadership and Room Support

Hi, my name is Alex and I am an experienced and dedicated Room Leader within the Monkey Puzzle family. I am passionate about delivering high quality care and education, and I take pride in supporting strong practice across our settings.

I have a thorough understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage and enjoy creating engaging, nurturing environments where children can thrive. As a Leader, I support colleagues through mentoring, guidance, and leading by example to ensure consistent standards of care and learning.

As part of our commitment to sharing good practice across our nurseries, I provide leadership support across settings when needed. This allows us to maintain continuity, strengthen teamwork, and uphold the high standards we are proud of at Monkey Puzzle.

I am committed to continuous improvement and to working collaboratively with colleagues to achieve the best outcomes for every child.
