Baby Room Leadership Support

Hi, my name is Roshini. I am the Baby Room Leader at Monkey Puzzle Day Nursery Uxbridge. Alongside my role at Uxbridge, I also provide leadership support to the Baby Room at our Monkey Puzzle Greenford nursery on a needs basis. This enables me to share good practice across both settings and support the delivery of high standards of care, learning, and consistency for our youngest children.

Working with babies is something I am truly passionate about. I find it incredibly rewarding to support their early development and to watch them grow, explore their surroundings, and achieve important milestones each day. I am committed to creating a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment where every child feels secure, valued, and supported.

In my spare time, I enjoy meeting up with friends, reading, watching movies, and listening to music.

Qualifications

• Level 3 Early Years Educator
• Level 2 Certificate in Introduction to Early Years Education and Care
• Level 1 Diploma in Health, Social Care and Children’s and Young People Settings
• Paediatric First Aid Training
• Child Safeguarding Level 2
