About Me:
Hi, I am Caitlin and I have a genuine passion for working with young children and being part of their early learning journey. Over the past five years, I have gained valuable experience within early years settings, building my confidence and developing strong practical skills through daily practice and ongoing professional development. Completing my Level 3 qualification has strengthened my understanding of child development and supports me in delivering engaging and meaningful learning experiences.
I am based at Monkey Puzzle Uxbridge, however, as part of our collaborative approach across our nurseries, I also provide room base support at Monkey Puzzle Greenford when needed. Sharing outstanding practice across settings helps ensure consistency, supports staff teams, and maintains high standards of care and education for children.
